Added a new page for magic spells where you can edit how strong many of the spells are, as well as how much AP it will cost.

Can now edit both types of shops within the Manillo shops. Also added a new button in the "Fishing" page that lets you view the fish stats hacking guide (also included in this zip file).

Version 1.6 update:
Have added a new fishing page that lets you edit what kind of fish you can catch in the different fishing locations, and how many fish you can catch there. Can also edit how many points are needed for each of the fishing ranks. Have also included a hacking guide for fish stats (Length for max point bonus, bonus points, bait that the fish likes/dislikes, and Strength/Stamina).

Version 1.5 update:

Version 1.3 update:
Added editing for Dragons, including Abilities and game points needed to evolve dragons or upgrade Mutant Breath ability. Also fixed a bug from version 1.2 where the Master Skills learned only got patched in 1 location in the ROM, when it should have been patched in 12 different locations.

Version 1.2 update:
Added editing for Masters, including Master stat boosts and Skills learned.

Version 1.1 update:
Added editing for weapons and armor, fixed incorrect boss name in "Bad ending" section.

This program lets you edit lots of stuff in your Breath of Fire 4 game, and you can then patch the changes into your ROM.

Will work on PS1 (PlayStation 1) USA or European ROMs (SLUS-01324 or SLES-03552). It may also work on some hacked or modded versions that use the USA or European ROMs. Since I couldn't find any ".ISO" versions of this game, it has only been tested with ".bin" type files.

Special thanks to navarchos from RHDN for supplying me with lots of useful technical info for this game. Also like to thank the really helpful people on the RHDN BoF4 forums for giving me tons of help with details for this game, since I had never played it before.

IMPORTANT:
If you're using this editor with a previously saved game, make sure it's an "in-game" save file, and NOT an emulator save state. A pre-existing emulator save state will often not show any changes you patched into your ROM, but a previously saved game that uses an "in-game" save file will almost always work.

IMPORTANT:
If you're using the Bizhawk emulator, someone informed me that Bizhawk can make it so any changes made with the editor won't work, even when starting a new game. If you're using Bizhawk and having problems getting changes to work, you may want to try a different emulator.

When patching, you can decide if you want it to create a new ROM or not. If you do make a new ROM, the program will automatically add "Patched" to the end of your file name, which makes it easy to remember which file was patched, although you can name the new file anything you want as long as it's not the same as the original file name. This keeps your original ROM safe.

There are some Help/info buttons in the editor that should answer any questions.

Shouldn't need any additional files if you're using Windows (uses the .net framework).
